my Affidavit in support of Leonard Rowe’s Motion to Dismiss TRO and Defendants’ Request for Permanent Restraining Order.

I only had four days to write this. Sorry for any typos or grammatical errors. This Affidavit basically summarizes what I’ve endured over the last five years at the hands of William Morris, Loeb & Loeb LLP, Michael P. Zweig and other officers of the court.

Patterson, Preska & Castel’s Oaths of Office

I obtained this information from Paul Mitchell. Of course, there appears to be something wrong with Castel’s Appointment Affidavit.

P. Kevin Castel:

Appointment Affidavit [September 22, 2003]

Oath of Office [November 4, 2003]

Mitchell’s Notice and Demand Letter to official Appointment Affidavit:

To my knowledge, Castel has not complied with this request and may possibly be committing fraud.

Robert P. Patterson:

Oath of Office [December 20, 1988]

Loretta A. Preska:

Oath of Office [September 18, 1992]

Leonard Rowe submits Affidavit regarding “Exhibit 31.”

Yesterday, both parties submitted replies to the Arbitrator’s April 18, 2013 Interim Decision, which sought more information about “Exhibit 31” and compelled William Morris, Loeb & Loeb LLP and/or Michael P. Zweig to produce the e-mails that were received by Electronic Evidence Discovery (now known as Discovery Technology, Inc.).  Of course they never produced the e-mails! But other than the corrupt attorneys that conspired to conceal this evidence, Leonard Rowe is probably the person most knowledgeable to speak about this document and vouch that it is authentic. Please read his 7 page Affidavit to gain a better understanding this nearly eleven year conspiracy that corrupt attorneys and judges have been involved in with his case.
