“In c. 242 B.C.E. Roman donations to the treasury of Rome were [sped] up. Rome hurriedly built a new and much more modern naval fleet than she originally had. With a force of 200 battleships of 5 banks of oar each, Rome’s rebuilt navy met and defeated the Carthagenians in c. 242 B.C.E. This was, in fact, to become the most significant turning point of the Africans of Carthage [Khart-Haddans] military mastery over the Europeans of Rome.”
