“Should there be an exception to absolute judicial immunity?”

The answer: Hell yes, especially when it can be demonstrated that the judge violated their Oath of Office, the Judicial Code of Conduct and the prevailing law! E.g. P. Kevin Castel of the Southern District of New York.
